Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier partners. For international customers, we will start shipping in due course.

Shipping times usually count after dispatch, Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.), for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, it will take usually between 5 – 15 days. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared with the registered email address to track the shipment.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision. We request our esteemed customers to record an unpacking video of products they receive.
