Exchange & Return Policy

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.

If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product by writing to us at with order number, full name, address and size change required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund (only in case of damaged product), the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the tag is removed from the item, it will not be replaced.

As a company policy we do not provide refund. Refund will only be initiated for a damaged product, if and only if a new product is not available in stock as a replacement of a damaged product. 

Please note that all the products are shipped after proper quality checks for any damage. The returned items will be inspected by our internal team, and replacement or refund (only for damaged product) will be confirmed after inspection. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
